The same rooms, one visit apart
Five pairs from Dallas properties. Same room, same angle, no replacements and no restyling. Drag any handle to compare, or focus it and use the arrow keys.
Deep cleaning
Kitchen, one visit apart
Counters cleared and degreased, appliance fronts and handles wiped, sink and faucet polished dry so they do not spot, floor mopped last.
BeforeAfterHouse cleaning
Living room reset
Clutter cleared to surfaces rather than hidden, upholstery vacuumed including under cushions, every horizontal surface dusted, hard floors mopped edge to edge.
BeforeAfterStandard cleaning
Bathroom detail
Toilet cleaned inside and out including the base and the hinge gaps, the surrounding floor mopped, the vanity and chrome dried so North Texas hard water does not spot them.
BeforeAfterMove-out cleaning
Vacated room, move-out clean
Debris removed, carpet vacuumed including the perimeter, baseboards and window sills wiped, closet interior cleaned out ready for inspection.
BeforeAfterRental make-ready
Kitchen handover
Everything cleared out, cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors cleaned, counters and floor finished so the unit photographs well for a listing.

Some things cleaning does not fix
Before and after photographs are the easiest thing in this industry to overstate, so it is worth being direct about the limits. Cleaning removes what is sitting on a surface. It does not repair the surface.
- Etched shower glass is physical damage from years of untreated hard water, not a deposit. It does not come back.
- Unsealed grout that has absorbed staining will clean back a long way and not to its original color.
- Set carpet stains need extraction or replacement, both of which are separate trades.
- Worn or scratched floor finishes are a refinishing job, not a cleaning one.
- Odor in subflooring is a remediation problem and cleaning will not touch it.
When we find one of these in a property, we say so before finishing rather than scrubbing at it and charging for the time.
About these photographs
Are these photographs edited?
They are cropped and resized for the web. Nothing has been added, removed or replaced, and the after photograph is the same room from the same angle.
Was anything replaced or restyled?
No. Nothing in these rooms was bought, replaced or staged. The difference in each pair is cleaning and, where there was clutter, clearing it to a surface rather than removing it from the property.
How long did each of these take?
The kitchen and living room pairs are single deep-clean visits. The bathroom is part of a standard visit. The two empty-property pairs are move-out and make-ready cleans, which take most of a day for a full property.
Will my home look like this?
That depends on the property and the depth booked. What we can say is that if a result is not achievable — etched shower glass, stained unsealed grout, damaged flooring — we will tell you before the visit rather than after.
