How long a house takes
Time depends far more on bathroom count and condition than on square footage. A four-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch usually cleans faster than a three-bedroom townhome with three and a half bathrooms across three levels.

What we do not do
Being clear about the edges saves everyone a conversation later. Our cleaners do not handle exterior windows above ground level, roof or gutter work, carpet shampooing, mold remediation, insect infestation, or heavy lifting of furniture. We do not clean up after pets that are unwell, and we do not move electronics or take down window treatments.

Do I need to be home while my house is cleaned?
No. Most Dallas customers are at work. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, a garage code or an alarm code with us, and we follow the same access instructions every visit. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Cleaners arrive with the products, cloths and vacuum needed for the visit. If you would rather we use something specific on a stone counter or a sealed wood floor, leave it out with a note and we will use it.
Can I get the same cleaners each visit?
On a recurring schedule we keep the same team on your house wherever we can. Continuity matters — a team that already knows your floors and your dog works faster and misses less.
