What a tower residence actually needs
Glass, air and grit
High-rise units have three problems a house does not have in the same way: a lot of interior glass, sealed mechanical ventilation, and a balcony that catches wind-blown dust from every direction.
None of them are difficult. They just have to be on the list, because a checklist written for a suburban house will not include them.

Move-in and move-out days block service elevators, and in busy Uptown and Downtown buildings those cluster at the start and end of the month. Where a building is heavily booked, mid-morning on a weekday is usually the most reliable slot. On a recurring schedule we hold the same weekday and window so the reservation becomes routine.
Short-term rentals in towers

Do you carry insurance my building will accept?
Hygiene Maids is bonded and insured, and we provide a certificate of insurance to building management on request. Send us the management contact and any specific wording the building requires.
Can you clean the outside of my windows?
No. Exterior glass on a high-rise is a specialist trade requiring rope access or a building maintenance unit. We clean the interior face to the height that can be reached safely from the floor.
How do you get in if I am at work?
Most tower customers use front desk key release with written authorization on file, or a smart lock guest code. Both work well and both leave a record of entry.
Do you clean balconies?
We sweep the balcony, wipe the rail and clean the interior face of the door glass and track. We do not hose down balconies, since runoff affects the units below.
