Dallas has a dense medical economy — the hospital campuses west of Oak Lawn, the specialist practices along Preston Road and the Tollway, and thousands of dental, therapy and outpatient offices across the city. Most of them need the same thing: routine professional cleaning of the areas patients and staff move through, done outside appointment hours, reliably.
What we clean in a medical office
| Area | Scope |
|---|---|
| Waiting room | Seating wiped including arms and backs, side tables, magazine racks, children's area surfaces, entry glass, floors, trash |
| Reception and front office | Counter surfaces, the patient side of the desk, sign-in area, door handles, glass partitions at hand height, floors |
| Restrooms | All fixtures, partitions, mirrors, high-touch surfaces, dispensers restocked from your supplies, floors mopped, trash |
| Corridors and stairs | Floors, handrails, light switch plates, door frames and handles, wall scuffs at trolley height |
| Staff break room and office | Counters, sink, appliance exteriors, microwave interior, tables, chairs, floors, trash and recycling |
| Non-clinical rooms | Administrative offices, file rooms, consultation rooms used only for conversation — dusting, surfaces and floors |
Where our scope stops
Treatment rooms, operatories, procedure rooms and laboratory areas are cleaned by your clinical staff under your own protocols. We do not handle regulated medical waste, sharps containers, contaminated linens or any spill involving bodily fluids. When a room is designated clinical, we clean only what your practice explicitly authorizes in writing — commonly the floor and the trash, and often nothing at all.
Working around patient hours
After the last appointment
The most common arrangement. The team works once the practice is closed and the office is empty.
Before the first patient
Suits practices that want restrooms and waiting areas freshly done at opening.
Between sessions
Practices with a long midday gap sometimes prefer a restroom and waiting-room reset in that window.
Multi-day and daily schedules are common in medical offices and are the clearest fit for recurring commercial savings. Waiting rooms and restrooms rarely hold for more than a day in a practice seeing patients continuously.
Discretion and access
- Cleaners are vetted and background checked before a first visit
- Access, alarm codes and key handling agreed in writing in the scope
- Paperwork, screens and patient materials are never moved, read or photographed
- Rooms you designate off-limits stay off-limits, every visit
- Certificate of insurance provided to your building or practice on request
Questions people ask about this service
Are you HIPAA compliant?
We are a cleaning company and we do not run a HIPAA compliance program. What we do is straightforward: our cleaners are background checked, they never handle or move patient materials, and any room you designate off-limits is not entered. If your practice needs a contractor operating under a formal compliance program, you need a specialist medical cleaning provider.
Do you clean treatment rooms?
Only where your practice explicitly authorizes it in writing, and only non-clinical tasks such as floors and trash. Clinical surface disinfection remains with your staff under your own protocols.
Do you handle medical waste or sharps?
No. Regulated medical waste, sharps and contaminated materials are outside our scope entirely and must be handled by your practice and its licensed waste contractor.
How often should a medical office be cleaned?
Practices seeing patients daily generally need daily service for restrooms and waiting areas. Lower-volume or part-time practices often work well on three days a week.
Can you clean dental and therapy offices?
Yes, on the same basis: waiting areas, reception, restrooms, corridors, break rooms and administrative space, with clinical areas remaining with your staff.
