Dallas housing does not have one shape. Prewar Tudors with original hardwoods in Lakewood, midcentury ranches on large lots in Preston Hollow, tower apartments in Uptown, three-level townhomes in Oak Lawn, and 1920s bungalows in North Oak Cliff. What each one needs from a cleaning company is genuinely different.
The city adds two constants on top of that. North Texas water is mineral-rich, so shower glass and chrome film faster than newcomers expect. And the pollen season is long, which means sills, blinds, vents and fan blades carry a load that a maintenance visit was never designed to clear. Both are why we treat deep cleaning as a scheduled part of the year rather than an upsell.

- Roof, gutter or exterior pressure washing
- Mold remediation and pest treatment
- Moving heavy furniture, appliances or electronics
- Taking down or rehanging window treatments
- Garages, attics and unfinished spaces
Residential cleaning questions
Which residential service should I book first?
If the home has been cleaned professionally within the last six weeks, book a standard clean. If it has been six months or more, book a deep clean and then hold it with a schedule. The comparison is here.
Do you clean apartments and condos as well as houses?
Yes, and they are scoped differently. Apartments have building access and compact laundry to work around; condos add finish care and HOA requirements; townhomes add stairs and bathroom count.
How do the recurring discounts work?
Weekly is 20% off, biweekly 15% and monthly 10%, applied to every visit for as long as the schedule runs — including the first one. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Can I change my scope after booking?
Yes. Anything you want permanently added, skipped or prioritized is recorded against your account and applied on every visit, so it never has to be mentioned again.
Do you serve Highland Park and University Park?
Yes. Both are separate municipalities rather than Dallas neighborhoods, and both are inside our service area. Highland Park and University Park.
