Monthly cleaning in Dallas

Monthly cleaning is the smallest of the three recurring discounts because it is the least efficient schedule for us to run — a month of accumulation means every visit is partly recovery. It is still the right answer for plenty of Dallas homes, and we would rather explain the tradeoff than sell you a frequency you do not need.

Where monthly genuinely works

• One or two adults who keep surfaces clear day to day
• Condos and apartments under roughly 1,200 square feet
• No pets, or a single indoor cat
• Homes where people are out most of the day and travel often
• Second homes and pieds-a-terre used a few days a month
• Households that handle their own kitchen and laundry and want the bathrooms and floors done properly

Where it does not

Thirty days is long enough for hard-water film to set on shower glass, for pet hair to work into upholstery, and for kitchen grease to stop wiping off. In those homes a monthly visit turns into a small deep clean every time — longer, more expensive per visit, and never quite reaching a baseline.

Making a monthly visit count

1. 1Book it for the same point in your month. The end of the month, before a rent or mortgage cycle and any hosting, works for most people.
2. 2Clear surfaces the night before. A monthly visit has the least slack in it, so time spent moving clutter is time not spent cleaning.
3. 3Name your two priority rooms. If the visit runs tight, we protect the rooms that matter most to you rather than guessing.
4. 4Add a rotation. One detail area each month — oven interior, refrigerator interior, blinds, baseboards — spreads deep-clean work across the year.

How the 10% applies

Ten percent comes off every monthly visit for as long as the schedule runs. No contract, no minimum term. If a month gets skipped for travel, the slot is held. Moving to biweekly later raises the discount to 15%.
