Hygiene Maids of Dallas

Terms of service

Effective August 20, 2026

These terms cover cleaning services provided by Hygiene Maids of Dallas and the use of this website. Booking a cleaning means agreeing to them. Where a written scope has been agreed for a commercial engagement, that scope governs the detail of the service and these terms cover everything else.

1. About this website

This site is informational. It does not host customer accounts, store payment card details or operate a customer database. Booking, quoting and customer sign-in are handled by the Hygiene Maids platform and are being connected to this site through embedded pages. Until those embeds are live, the pages for booking, quotes and login describe the service and provide direct ways to contact us; they are not yet functional portals and are not represented as such.

2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information provided about the property and the scope requested. If the property is materially different from what was described — significantly larger, in substantially worse condition, or requiring work outside the agreed scope — we will contact you before proceeding rather than revising the price afterwards. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.

3. Scheduling and access

Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, building access procedures and the length of a preceding visit can move them, and we will tell you if a window is going to slip materially.

You are responsible for providing access. Where we cannot enter the property at the scheduled time and cannot reach you, the visit may not be able to go ahead. Utilities, specifically running water and electricity, must be available for a clean to take place. Where a building requires vendor registration, a certificate of insurance, a service elevator reservation or similar, we will complete those requirements with reasonable notice.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

Recurring schedules have no minimum term, no contract and no cancellation fee. Visits can be skipped or moved; please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can be reallocated. We may reschedule a visit where weather, illness, safety or circumstances outside our control make it impractical, and we will offer the earliest alternative available.

5. Recurring discounts

Residential recurring discounts are 20% off weekly cleaning, 15% off biweekly cleaning and 10% off monthly cleaning. They apply to each visit for as long as the schedule remains active, including the first visit, and they stop applying if service moves to one-off visits. Qualifying commercial customers requiring frequent recurring cleaning may receive up to 35% off; that is a maximum rather than a standard rate, and the actual figure depends on frequency, scope, facility size, facility type and the number of visits per week. Not every commercial customer receives 35%.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If an area we cleaned is not right, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and tell us what needs attention. We will return to address the cleaning concern at no additional cleaning charge. The guarantee covers cleaning of areas within the agreed scope. It does not cover areas excluded from that scope, pre-existing damage, wear that cleaning cannot reverse, work outside our services, or concerns raised more than 24 hours after the visit.

7. Scope and exclusions

The following are outside our services at every level of cleaning:

  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Carpet shampooing and hot-water extraction
  • Hard floor stripping, sealing and refinishing
  • Pressure washing of any surface
  • Kitchen exhaust hood, duct and grease trap cleaning
  • Mold remediation, asbestos, lead and biohazard work
  • Pest control and treatment of infestation
  • Clinical, sterile or procedure-room cleaning, and regulated medical waste or sharps handling
  • Bulk debris hauling and dumpster service
  • Property management, guest communication, linen rental and supply restocking programs
  • Moving heavy furniture, appliances or electronics
  • Removing or rehanging window treatments
  • Cleaning after an unwell pet, or handling bodily fluids

We may also decline to clean a surface where we believe cleaning it would cause damage, and we will tell you why rather than proceeding.

8. Your property

Please secure valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medication and irreplaceable items before a visit, and tell us in advance about fragile or antique items, unsealed or delicate surfaces, and anything with a manufacturer-specified cleaning product. If you would prefer particular products used on particular surfaces, leave them out with a note and we will use them.

9. Safety and the working environment

We may pause or end a visit where conditions are unsafe. That includes unsecured aggressive animals, active pest infestation, biohazards, structural hazards, extreme temperatures without functioning utilities, or any behavior toward our team that is threatening or abusive. In those situations we will contact you and explain what happened.

10. Insurance and liability

Hygiene Maids of Dallas is bonded and insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Report any suspected damage within 24 hours of a visit so it can be investigated while the circumstances are clear. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, failure of an item that was already faulty, damage arising from a condition we were not told about, or loss where an item was not secured as described in section 8.

11. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at booking or, for commercial engagements, in the agreed scope. Payment processing is not handled by this website.

12. Photographs

We do not photograph the interior of a property for marketing purposes without permission. Cleaners may record images internally to document damage found on arrival or to confirm completed work; those records are used for service and claim purposes only.

13. Website content

The guidance published on this website is general information about cleaning. Timings, frequencies and scopes described are working guidance rather than commitments for a specific property. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and content covering leases, deposits and landlord obligations should not be relied on in place of your own lease or professional advice.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of the page will change when they are, and the version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
