One city, plus the two municipalities inside it. Not a metroplex-wide route, and deliberately so — drive time is what wrecks arrival windows.

We stay inside Dallas and the Park Cities, which means shorter drives between jobs, more flexibility on same-week scheduling, and teams that already know which buildings need a certificate of insurance and which ones hold keys at the front desk.
The pages below are neighborhoods and districts where the housing or business profile is distinct enough to be worth writing about properly. If your address is not covered by one of them, that does not mean we do not come — it means we did not have a page's worth of specific things to say. Send us the address and we will confirm.

A geographic note
The Park Cities are not Dallas neighborhoods
Highland Park and University Park are separate incorporated municipalities with their own governments, their own services and their own addresses. They happen to be surrounded on all sides by the City of Dallas, which is why people talk about them as though they were neighborhoods.
We serve both because they are minutes from our Oak Lawn office, and we give each one its own page because the housing profile genuinely differs — not because swapping a city name into a template is easy.
Where we do not go
Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Richardson, Carrollton, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth and the rest of the metroplex are outside our route. Other Hygiene Maids branches cover parts of the wider area.
It is a deliberate limit. A cleaning company that promises the whole of North Texas is promising a two-hour arrival window, and that is not a service worth selling.

Service area questions
Do you clean outside the City of Dallas?
Only the Park Cities — the Town of Highland Park and the City of University Park — which sit inside the city's boundary and are minutes from our Oak Lawn office. We do not run routes to Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Richardson, Garland or the rest of the metroplex.
Why limit the service area?
Because drive time is the enemy of scheduling. Staying inside Dallas and the Park Cities means tighter arrival windows, more same-week availability, and teams who already know how specific buildings and neighborhoods work.
Are Highland Park and University Park part of Dallas?
No. Both are separate incorporated municipalities with their own governments, surrounded by the City of Dallas. We treat them as their own service areas rather than as Dallas neighborhoods, because they are not.
My neighborhood is not listed. Do you still come?
Probably. The pages here are the areas where we have enough to say to justify a page, not the limit of where we work. Send us the address and we will confirm.
Does the price change depending on where I am in Dallas?
No. Quotes are based on the property and the scope, not on the neighborhood. What does change by area is availability — central Dallas has the shortest arrival windows because that is where we are based.
