Messages left overnight or on Sunday are answered the next working morning. Cleaning visits themselves can be scheduled outside office hours where a business needs it — commercial work often happens overnight.
Can I visit the office?
It is an office rather than a storefront, so it is worth calling ahead. For most things, phone, text or email is faster than coming in.
Something was missed on my clean. What do I do?
If an area we cleaned is not right, contact us and tell us what needs attention. We return within 24 hours to address the cleaning concern at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the guarantee.
