How Turtle Creek differs from Uptown and Oak Lawn

Uptown is younger, denser and mostly rented, with turnover cleaning driving a lot of the demand. Oak Lawn is a mix of everything, including a lot of commercial work. Turtle Creek is quieter and more settled: mostly recurring residential service for owners who stay for years, with far less month-end churn.
