Booking questions
What do I need to have ready?
Bedrooms, bathrooms, roughly how many levels, whether there are pets, and approximately when the property was last cleaned thoroughly. Plus how we get in, and the date you want.
Which depth should I choose?
Standard if it has been under six weeks since a thorough clean. Deep if it has been six months or more. The comparison is here, and if the details do not match the depth you selected we will say so before the visit.
Can I book without being home?
Yes, and most customers do. Set the access method at booking — a gate or garage code, a lockbox, a smart-lock guest code, or authorization with a leasing office or front desk. More on access.
How far ahead should I book?
Weekday slots are usually available within the week. Saturdays and the last three days of any month go first — month-end is when Dallas leases turn over, so move-out cleans should be booked one to two weeks ahead.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Recurring schedules have no contract and no cancellation fee, and single visits can be moved. Let us know as early as you can so the slot can be reused.
Do I need a quote instead?
For commercial premises, large homes, Airbnb turnover programs, rental portfolios and post-construction work, yes. Request a quote rather than booking online — those are all scoped individually.
