Who we are
One city, on purpose
Hygiene Maids of Dallas cleans homes, short-term rentals and business premises across Dallas and the two Park Cities municipalities. Our office is at 3500 Oak Lawn Ave, Ste 463, Dallas, TX 75219, on Oak Lawn Avenue between Downtown and Highland Park — which is roughly the geographic center of the work we do.
We are deliberately not a metroplex company. Covering the whole of North Texas means teams spending their day on the tollway and arrival windows measured in hours. Staying inside one city keeps drives short, schedules tight, and gives teams the kind of familiarity that only comes from working the same buildings repeatedly.
The business splits into three divisions that are run differently rather than as one service applied to different buildings: residential, commercial, and specialty work covering rental turnovers and post-construction cleaning.
How we work
Four things that shape every visit
Top down, floors last
Every room is worked from the highest surface downward, so dust falls onto surfaces that have not been cleaned yet. Floors are the last thing in every room and the last thing in the property. It sounds obvious and it is the most commonly broken rule in cleaning.
Cloths are separated and never crossed
Bathroom cloths do not go near kitchen counters, and toilet cloths are separate again from the rest of the bathroom. It is the most basic control in the trade, and it is why a team arrives with a stack of cloths rather than a bucket and a rag.
Edges count
The line where floor meets baseboard, the corner a vacuum head skips, the strip behind a toilet, the top edge of a door frame. These are the surfaces that tell you whether a property was cleaned or tidied.
We say what a property actually needs
Including when that is less than you asked for. If the details you give at booking do not match the depth you selected, we say so before the visit rather than discovering it at hour four.

On a recurring schedule we keep the same team on your property wherever scheduling allows. Where someone is unavailable, another team covers — which is the structural advantage a company has over an individual cleaner, and it is worth what it costs.
Access arrangements are recorded once and followed every visit. We do not photograph interiors and we do not discuss customers' properties. How access works.

- Wear that cleaning cannot reverse — etched glass, stained unsealed grout, worn finishes
- Areas explicitly excluded from the agreed scope
- Work outside our scope, such as carpet extraction or exterior windows
- Concerns raised more than 24 hours after the visit

Cleaners work to the Hygiene Maids method rather than their own routine, and every one of them is vetted and background checked before a first visit.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes to both. They cover different things — insurance covers accidental damage and injury, a bond covers theft — and we can provide a certificate of insurance to a building, HOA or commercial landlord on request. More on what each term means.

Do you work outside Dallas?
Only the Park Cities. We do not run routes into Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Richardson or the rest of the metroplex — staying inside one city is what keeps arrival windows tight. Where we work.
