Standard cleaning has a fixed list, and the fact that it is fixed is the point: it makes the visit repeatable, predictable in length, and therefore possible to discount on a standing schedule. Here is the whole thing.

- Countertops and backsplash wiped and dried
- Sink scrubbed, faucet polished, drain cleared of visible debris
- Cooktop cleaned, including knobs and the surround
- Exterior of refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave, including handles
- Microwave interior wiped
- Cabinet fronts around handles, where marks concentrate
- Table and chairs, including chair legs and rungs
- Trash emptied and the bin relined
- Floor vacuumed and mopped, including in front of the dishwasher
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside and out, including the base, the hinge gaps and the floor behind it
- Tub and shower walls scrubbed
- Shower glass cleaned and dried — done every visit because North Texas hard water films quickly
- Vanity, sink and faucet cleaned and polished
- Mirror finished streak-free
- Chrome and fixtures dried so they do not spot
- Trash emptied
- Floor vacuumed and mopped, including behind the door
Bedrooms and living areas
- Beds made; linens changed if fresh sets are left out on the bed
- All reachable horizontal surfaces dusted, including shelves, sills and decor
- Mirrors and glass tabletops cleaned
- Upholstery vacuumed, including under loose cushions
- Floors vacuumed or mopped throughout
Throughout the home
- Light switch plates and door handles wiped
- Handrails and stair treads
- Cobweb check at ceiling corners and doorframes
- Baseboards spot-cleaned where marks are visible
- Entry mats shaken out and the floor beneath cleaned
- All trash collected and taken to your bin
What is deliberately excluded
These are not oversights. They are in deep cleaning because they take real time and do not need doing every visit.

Anything you want moved permanently in or out is noted against your account and applied on every visit — the inside of the microwave skipped, the mudroom given extra time, one bathroom prioritized when the visit runs tight.
